Today MThree announces a key strategic hire to help with plans to ramp up growth for the North American arm of the business.
Jit Vekaria, based in MThree’s State Street offices in New York, joins the Executive team and will take responsibility for all aspects of the business in North America. This will include business development, operations, sales and marketing, right across the value chain, in a location that is a critical part of MThree’s strategy and has so much potential.
Jit’s background brings a wealth of experience in financial technology leadership to MThree. This move for Jit follows a range of senior roles at various Financial Services organisations over the last two decades. During his career Jit has directly led a number of transformation projects and built high performing teams several times over, during evolving and challenging periods for the industry.
At MThree, Jit will be a member of the Board and an instrumental contributor to MThree’s ambitious strategy and dual goal: to be a strategic talent partner for some of the best tech and finance organisations and an employer of choice for some of the most talented people around the world.
On joining the company, Jit says:
